We spend a lot of effort making sure that our products are great quality, which is why we’re confident that you’ll be thrilled with your new purchase.
Our machines come with a 2 year warranty which guarantees that they’re free from defects in material and workmanship (see details below). However, if you have any problems with your machine past the 2 year warranty, we’ll handle the issue on a ‘case-by-case’ basis with the ultimate objective of making you happy. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably.
We also give our customers a free 2 year accidental warranty, so should you accidentally damage your TENS machine, we’ll happily replace it for you. This is unheard of in today's business world!
For hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns on any of our products as they are deemed ‘personal care items’ under Federal and State laws.

We guarantee our devices are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase, except as noted below:
Our product warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or the attachment of any unauthorized accessory, alteration to the product, or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of Midwestern Solutions, LLC. This warranty is effective only if purchased and operated in the USA or Canada. A nerve stimulator unit that requires modification or adaptation to enable it to operate in any country other than the country for which it was designed, manufactured, approved and/or authorized, or repair of products damaged by these modifications is not covered under warranty. Midwestern Solutions shall not be responsible for any type of consequential or special damages. All implied warranties, including but not limited to those implied warranties of fitness and merchantability, are limited in the total duration of 2 years from the original purchase date.
If on a very rare occasion that you have a problem with your TENS unit, please give us a call at 888-237-4997. You’ll be put through directly to our founder, Brandon, who will happily try to diagnose the problem.
